At Wild Spring Farm, our animals are raised the way nature intended—on pasture, with fresh air, sunshine, and room to roam. We never use antibiotics, hormones, or steroids—just clean, ethical, small-scale farming. Lamb is a red meat known for its rich flavor and tenderness. It’s a staple in Mediterranean cuisine, and its robust taste makes it ideal for roasting, grilling, or slow-cooking. Our lambs are pasture-raised, meaning they roam freely on open, lush fields and enjoy a natural, forage-based diet. This lifestyle not only ensures a higher quality of life for the animals but also produces meat with exceptional flavor and texture. We raise our lambs 100% naturally—no steroids, no hormones, no antibiotics, and not even chemical dewormers. Just clean, honest farming the way nature intended.
